These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ji88 platform and all its services. By using the ji88 website or creating an account, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

1. General Provisions

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

2.2 Account Registration

Each user may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, ji88 reserves the right to suspend or cancel all such accounts and seize the funds. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• The name, identity, and contact information provided at registration must be genuine.
• ji88 must be notified immediately if any information changes.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login details confidential.
• If any unauthorised access to the account is detected, the support team must be informed immediately.

3. Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at ji88 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank). Deposited funds are added to the account subject to verification.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at ji88 is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. ji88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same payment method used for the deposit. For unusual or suspicious transactions, ji88 may request additional information or documents.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = complete ৳12,000 in betting and the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be stated on the offer page.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless separately stated.
• ji88 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If fraud is suspected, ji88 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and associated winnings.

5. VIP Program

ji88's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to higher tiers is determined based on regular and active participation. ji88 reserves the right to change VIP benefits, schedules, and evaluation methods.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

ji88 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are operated on verified technology and use a Random Number Generator (RNG). No game outcome is predetermined.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any violation may result in immediate account closure and seizure of funds:

• Using any software, bots, or automated tools to play games.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting or games.
• Conducting fraudulent activities on the platform.
• Harassing or insulting ji88 staff.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

ji88 reserves the right to investigate, temporarily suspend, or permanently close any user's account for any reason or no reason, especially if:

• The user violates any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicious activity is observed on the account.
• Information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• Money laundering is suspected.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any eligible balance will be returned subject to applicable terms being met.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
